I was referred and assigned to Dr. Swati Shah, she is one of the finest doctor in her field of expertise with precision & accuracy. She understands her patients very well & she took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and clarified all my queries. I felt well prepared for the surgery the doctor addressed all my anxieties and concerns in an reassuring manner which made me comfortable & confident in her hands. My surgery went very smoothly, during the procedure the Dr. swati and her team communicated effectively and kept my family members informed throughout the surgery procedure. Post-surgery when I was shifted to ICU & ward the doctor & her team had visited on daily basis to check on my health status and to ensure I'm in a good state. Sometimes I used to have difficulties breathing & sleeping but I must say the nursing team & the medical officers were very kind, polite & patient enough to give me comfort with necessary care. I'm exceedingly satisfied by the nursing care team. They never looked me like a patient but in a friendly nature which made me even more comfortable.The doctor and staff were professional, caring, and respectful with ethical behaviour during my hospitality. Overall I'm very much grateful to Dr. Swati Shah for the exceptional support & genuine concern i received during my time at the hospital. She is an excellent doctor, simple, down to earth good human being with kind nature, your friendly approach with a smiling face made me positive & motivated with a hope & encouragement to recovery soon. I can't thank you enough for keeping me in good health and now having me declared of cancer free. Our family is extremely grateful to you and I'm blessed to have you thank you for everything you did and being so compassionate. Apollo is really Fortunate to have a good Surgeon like you.
